During the month of November, C.Y Actuaries hosted three breakfast workshop sessions at the Phoenix Leaders Club in Nicosia. The sessions were titled: “Closing the Gap in ESG: Addressing the Gender Pay Gap”.

The discussion focused on the importance of gender equality as a social driver of sustainable development, recent European regulation developments in relation to the gender pay gap as well as trends and best practices for promoting gender equality in the workplace.
