Approval of new Regulations for Pension Plans and Provident Funds

During April 2014 the Cypriot Parliament adopted new regulations governing the operation of pension and provident funds in Cyprus.

The purpose of the Newsletter is to summarise the main changes and to examine its practical implications for the management and sponsors of these schemes.
