Cronje & Yiannas Actuaries and Consultants Ltd, on behalf of its client, a leading provider of IT Networking Solutions, is seeking to recruit a proactive, motivated, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join its expanding team.
This is a fully remote position, with the requirement to attend a weekly management meeting at the company’s offices in Paralimni.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s client base through strategic networking, relationship management, and the development of long-term partnerships. The role will primarily cover the Larnaca and Limassol areas, focusing on identifying new business opportunities while strengthening and maintaining existing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic networking, referrals, and market research
- Building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and professional networking functions
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Preparing and delivering compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
- Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on sales performance, targets, and pipeline progress
Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably within the IT industry
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and client management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools will be considered an advantage
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus
Remuneration
An attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, based on qualifications and experience, including:
- Annual gross base salary in the range of €26,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus, with total on-target earnings of up to approximately €50,000 per annum
- Provident Fund with a 5% employer contribution, applicable after the successful completion of the six-month probation period
