Discussions
Throughout the seminar we encourage participants to contribute to discussions and share their experiences and thoughts with the rest of the team. The discussions are facilitated and coordinated by the trainer in order to maintain the focus in the key areas of interest.

Demonstrations enhance understanding and practical application of the issues discussed and encourage brainstorming and idea generation.
