People Manager Essentials
Organisations increasingly recognise that effective people management is vital to employee engagement, productivity, and retention. However, many managers are promoted without adequate preparation for the leadership aspects of their role. This training addresses that gap by:
Enabling them to demonstrate knowledge of core management principles, motivation theories, and persuasion strategies
Empowering managers to apply essential leadership skills such as coaching, effective communication, and conflict resolution
Encouraging them to shape attitudes that promote empathy, resilience, and a growth mindset.
By focusing on both technical and human dimensions of management, the program ensures that organisations benefit from more confident, competent, and motivated managers.
TARGET PARTICIPANTS
The program is designed for new and mid-level managers, supervisors, and team leaders who are responsible for leading people, managing performance, and ensuring alignment between organisational goals and employee contributions. It is also suitable for professionals preparing for a first-time leadership role.
